Everything Cebu | Cebu Nihon Matsuri






10 a.m. – 12 noon. Shougi (Japanese chess) mini tournament. A friendly competition in which Japanese and Filipino nationals face off with one another on a shougi game board that will be judged by both a Japanese national and local aces.
